Fredrik Wester
Recruited to oversee and build the publishing business Fredrik joined Paradox Interactive in 2003. In his current role, he is responsible for all sales and marketing related activities, the complete Paradox portfolio of games as well as several business development projects for Paradox Interactive.
Prior to joining Paradox Interactive, Fredrik co-founded and acted as Director of Sales at consulting company Protein Media. Fredrik holds a degree in International Management from the Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law. Fredrik joined Paradox in 2003, was appointed Director of Publishing in 2004, Executive Vice President in January 2007 and CEO April 2009.
Reena M Miranda
Reena joined the company in August 2007 as VP Sales Worldwide. Prior to joining the company, Reena was Director of Product Acquisition at Atari where she was responsible for acquiring new business and developing/managing all aspects of the third party distribution business. She was also National Sales Manager at Avanquest where she expanded market share in the retail channel. Reena graduated with a Bachelor Science in Retail from Syracuse University (New York, USA).
Lena Blomberg
Ms. Blomberg joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in February 2005. In this capacity, she is responsible for all aspects of Paradox finance function, including financial planning, financial reporting and accounting.
Prior to joining the company, Ms Blomberg served as Professional Consultant at Ohrlings Price Waterhouse Coopers, which is a member of PwC, a global network of audit and assurance firms. In here role as consultant she helped middle-sized companies to develop and implement their financial strategies. Ms. Blomberg was previously the CFO of Manamind AB, affiliated company to Integra SA which she joined in 1998. Ms. Blomberg holds a degree in Business Finance from IHM Business School in Stockholm.
Johan Andersson
Johan Andersson has been with Paradox since the start in 1999, and worked as game designer and lead-programmer for Europa Universalis series, as well as the original Hearts of Iron game. Since 2002 Johan has been the Director of Development of Paradox's internally developed titles completing titles such as Crusader Kings, Victoria & Hearts of Iron 2.
Formerly an employee of Funcom, where he was responsible for titles such as Nightmare Circus and NBA Hangtime, Mr. Andersson moved back to his native Stockholm to work as a senior programmer for Target Games in January 1998. He was involved from the start in developing the award winning Europa Engine, which has been used for over half a dozen successful games the last decade.
Susana Meza
Susana Meza has been with Paradox Interactive since 2004, where she joined to build the PR and Marketing function of the publishing business. In addition to managing all Products, Marketing and PR strategies, key relationships with partners and media, Susana Meza is also responsible for the company's corporate communication and representation.
Prior to joining Paradox Interactive, Susana Meza spent one year in London working for the Global Head Quarters of Reckitt Benckiser (www.reckittbenckiser.com) as Global Assistant Brand Manager for the Personal Care category. Susana Meza holds a bachelor degree in International Marketing and Management from Stockholm University (http://www.su.se/). Prior to graduating, she spent 2 years in the Executive Board of AIESEC Sweden (www.aiesec.org).
